How do I restore my Bulu Pro purchase?
Open Bulu, go to Settings → Bulu Pro, and tap "Restore Purchase" on the purchase screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Can I use Bulu Pro on multiple devices?
Yes. Bulu Pro is tied to your Apple ID or Google account. Use "Restore Purchase" on a supported device signed in with the same account on the same store.
Is there a subscription? Will I be charged again?
Bulu Pro is a one-time purchase that grants permanent Pro access. There is no subscription, recurring charge, or renewal.
Can I play for free? Are there ads?
You can start with free games and content. Some categories, modes, and additional content require Bulu Pro. Both free play and Pro play are completely ad-free.
How many players can play at once?
It depends on the game. Bulu includes solo puzzles, games for two, and group games. For example, Sudoku is for one player, while Bump Arena supports two to four players. Team and player options are specific to each game; check its setup before starting.
Can I play without an internet connection?
Many games work offline. Detective Cases needs an initial download of its media before play; once downloaded, that content works offline. City photos in Flags & cities require an internet connection.
Can I play every game on my phone?
Some arcade games require a tablet in landscape orientation. The games available to you depend on your device and its supported layout.
Are all games available in every language and region?
Game and content languages, as well as availability, vary by game and region.
I found a bug or the app crashed. What should I do?

How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, contact Google Play support through the Play Store app.
