1. Description of the App

Salah Times Pro: Dua Dhikr is a mobile application developed by Yasir Kara that provides prayer times, Qibla direction, dhikr tools, religious day reminders, and a curated collection of prophetic supplications (duas) sourced from the Quran and authentic hadith collections. The App displays Arabic text, transliterations, and translations for educational and devotional purposes. Additional features include push notification reminders, the Community Dua Request feature, and Premium content.

The App may appear under localized storefront names, including "Zikirmatik ve Kıble Bulucu" in Turkish and "قرآن أذكار ومواقيت الصلاة Pro" in Arabic. These localized names refer to the same application covered by these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish the App's content without permission
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Submit Community Dua Requests for any purpose other than sincere supplication (all requests are category-based only; no free-text is accepted)

3. Intellectual Property

The App's design, layout, code, and original content (including translations, categorization, and UI elements) are owned by the developer. Quranic text and hadith content are from public Islamic sources and are presented for educational use.

User-Created Content (Custom Dua): The App allows you to create, edit, and save your own personal duas (custom dua feature). All such user-created content is stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by the developer's servers. You retain full ownership of any content you create. You may delete your custom duas at any time from within the App; uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally-stored user content.

Zikirmatik (Digital Tasbih) Counter: Your tasbih counts, custom zikir groups, daily totals, and zikir history are stored locally on your device only and are not transmitted to any server.

Prayer Times, Qibla, and Religious Days: The App may use your foreground location, device compass/heading, and third-party prayer calendar data to calculate prayer times, Qibla direction, Hijri dates, and religious day reminders. These features are provided for convenience and may depend on device sensors, location services, and external data providers. Times and directions should be verified with your local mosque or trusted local authority when precision is important.

No Affiliation: The App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other third-party platform. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

4. Premium Subscription

The App is free to download. Some features and content are available only through a Premium Subscription ("Salah Times Pro Premium"), managed via RevenueCat. The App contains no advertisements of any kind — the free tier is completely ad-free.

The Premium Subscription is offered in four tiers:

• Weekly — billed every 7 days
• Monthly — billed every 30 days
• Yearly — billed every 12 months
• Lifetime — one-time purchase, no recurring charge

All weekly, monthly, and yearly tiers include a 3-day free trial.

• Title of subscription: Salah Times Pro Premium
• Subscription length and price: Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime — current prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region and currency.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan.
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings in the App Store (iOS) or to Subscriptions in the Google Play Store (Android) after purchase. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription before the trial ends.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), as applicable — the developer does not process refunds directly.

Purchases can be restored on the same platform using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App's settings.

5. No Advertisements

The App does not display any advertisements. There are no ad SDKs of any kind integrated into the App. The sole revenue model is the optional Premium Subscription described in Section 4.

6. Firebase Services & Community Dua Request

The App uses Firebase services (provided by Google) to enable certain features:

• Firebase Anonymous Authentication: A random anonymous user ID is generated when you use the Community tab or enable notifications. No name, email, or phone number is ever linked to this ID. You cannot be identified across devices.
• Cloud Firestore: Stores anonymous community dua requests (category, timestamps, status, duration, and counters only — no free-text) and dua action counters. Community requests are temporary and expire based on the selected duration. Some anonymous operational records may remain for a limited time to support summaries, queue behavior, and abuse prevention.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Delivers daily reminder push notifications and community dua notifications to your device, linked only to your anonymous Firebase ID.
• Cloud Functions: Server-side logic for managing dua request expiry and sending push notifications.

The App does not require account creation. All Firebase interactions are anonymous. No personal information is transmitted to or stored by Firebase. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and retention.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the Islamic content presented, but does not guarantee that all translations, transliterations, or source attributions are free from error. Users are encouraged to consult qualified Islamic scholars for matters of religious practice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected, used, and retained.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
