Terms of Use

For the iOS app, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. These terms describe the app’s features and use, and apply alongside the EULA.

1. The App

The App is developed by Yasir Kara (Türkiye). It provides a collection of prophetic supplications (duas) from the Quran and hadith collections with Arabic text, transliterations and translations, together with prayer times, Qibla direction, dhikr tools, religious-day reminders, home-screen widgets, a community dua pool and optional Premium features.

The App has also been listed under other names, including "Quran Prayer Times Pro Dua (Zikir)", "Salah Times Pro: Dua Dhikr", and localized names such as "Zikirmatik ve Kıble Bulucu" (Turkish) and "قرآن أذكار ومواقيت الصلاة Pro" (Arabic). These Terms apply to the same app under all of these names.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law allows it
• Reproduce, redistribute or republish the App's content without permission
• Damage, disable, overload or impair the App or its backend services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Use bots, scripts or other automation, or create multiple accounts, to use the community dua pool, inflate counts or get around limits

3. Community Dua Pool

• Dua requests use fixed categories only. There is no free text. Other users see only the category of a request, never your identity.
• Shared pool: the App shares one community pool and backend with our other app, "Dua For Me – Amin". Requests from either app are shown, by category only, to users of both apps.
• Free limits: one active request at a time; each request stays open for 3 days; you can create a new request at most once every 24 hours.
• Premium limits: you can choose a duration of 1, 3 or 5 days and keep up to 3 requests at a time (one active plus up to two waiting in a queue). The 24-hour waiting period does not apply, and summaries of your last 10 completed requests are kept.
• Counts show how many users tapped "I Made Dua for All" while your request was open. We cannot verify that anyone actually prayed, and we do not guarantee any number of duas, any level of participation, or that notifications will be delivered. Premium does not buy duas and does not affect whether a dua is accepted.
• We may limit, remove, expire or reset requests, counts, queues or access to the pool to prevent abuse, correct errors or comply with the law.
• The pool is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be suspended or be discontinued.

4. Religious Content, Prayer Times and Qibla

• Duas are presented with references to their sources in the Quran and hadith collections. We work to keep them accurate, but errors are possible. Please report any you find.
• Translations and transliterations are aids to understanding and do not replace the Arabic original.
• Prayer times are calculated by the AlAdhan service from your approximate location and the calculation method and settings you choose (or AlAdhan's automatic method). They may differ from the timetable of your local mosque or religious authority.
• Qibla direction depends on your device's location and compass sensors, which can be affected by magnetic interference and calibration. Verify the direction where precision matters.
• The App does not issue fatwas or religious rulings. Consult qualified scholars on matters of religious practice.

5. Your Content and Local Data

Custom duas, favorites, dhikr counts and history are stored only on your device. You keep ownership of anything you create. Deleting your account in the App, uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes this local content permanently.

6. Intellectual Property and No Affiliation

The App's design, code and original content (including translations, categorization and interface elements) belong to the developer. Quranic text and hadith content come from public Islamic sources and are presented for educational and devotional use. The App is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc., Google LLC or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Premium: Subscriptions and Lifetime Purchase

The App is free to download and has no advertisements. Premium unlocks additional features, such as community request durations and queue, request history, more reminders, extra content packs and advanced daily dhikr settings.

Premium is offered as the "Cure+" subscription group (Turkish "Şifa+", Arabic "شِفاء+"), with three auto-renewing subscriptions: Weekly Premium (1 week), Monthly Premium (1 month) and Yearly Premium (1 year). The store shows these as, for example, "Weekly Cure+", "Monthly Cure+" and "Yearly Cure+". A separate one-time Lifetime purchase ("Lifetime Cure+") is also available.

• The subscription title, length and price are shown in the App and on the Apple or Google purchase screen before you confirm. Prices vary by country and currency.
• Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Premium may include a free trial (currently 3 days) for eligible users. Apple or Google decides eligibility, for example whether you have already used a trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the current price of the plan.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on iPhone (Apple Account › Subscriptions), or in the Google Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions on Android. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and Premium stays active until then.
• Deleting the App or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
• Lifetime is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew and is not charged again.
• To restore purchases on a new device or after reinstalling, use Settings › Restore Purchases or "Restore" on the Premium screen, signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account.

8. Online Services

The App creates an anonymous account automatically and uses Google Firebase (Authentication, App Check, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions) for the community pool and notifications, the Expo Push Service to deliver community notifications, RevenueCat to verify purchases, and AlAdhan for prayer-time and calendar data. Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for what data these services process and how long it is kept.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App, the community pool, notifications, prayer times or Qibla direction will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Apple

These Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and of the Apple EULA, and may enforce them against you.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or our services change. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and announce material changes in the App or in the app-store release notes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring claims in the courts of that country where the law allows.
