1. Description of the App

Bulu is a collection of games for friends, two-player sessions, and solo play. It includes word games, charades, drawing and guessing games, detective cases, puzzles, and arcade games. Player counts, rules, and available settings depend on the game.

Many games work offline. Detective Cases requires an initial download of its media, which can then be used offline. City photos in Flags & cities require an internet connection. Some arcade games require a tablet in landscape orientation.

Game and content languages, as well as availability, vary by game and region.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish the App's content without permission
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems

3. Intellectual Property

The App's design, layout, code, game content, and word cards are owned by the developer. All rights reserved.

4. In-App Purchases — Bulu Pro

You can start with free games and content. Some categories, modes, and additional content require Bulu Pro, a one-time in-app purchase that grants permanent Pro access. There is no subscription or renewal. Both free play and Pro play are ad-free.

• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms
• All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies
• Pro access is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on a supported device using the same store account
• Purchasing Pro does not create an account with us

5. No Advertisements

The App contains no advertisements. Neither the free version nor Bulu Pro includes any ad content.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is handled.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
